Management of all technical documents with a cross-location workflow for approval and change processes; use within the entire Güntner Group (also from non-CAD users); CAD data management for more than 80 solid edge workplaces including parts list management, document management for MS Office and other file formats; matching of articles and parts lists with the ERP system Baan/Infor; project management including workload determination, task and quality management as well as reporting; linking of the worldwide locations to the central via replication solution with edge server technology.

Specifics
Frequent use also in sales and marketing; is used, among other things, for the administration of the complete customer database and factory standards; purposeful handling of internal projects - such as release changes in ERP - via the PDM/PLM platform; implementation of departmental applications (e. g. CRM functionality for sales and logistics) with the CIM database development environment.
