CONTACT Research particularly focuses on the topics of sustainability and digital sovereignty.

Our AI team combines research, development, and practical application of artificial intelligence. CONTACT Consulting sees itself as a holistic service partner for our clients in digital transformation and brings this promise to life with experienced experts. They support national and international companies across all project phases: from strategy and process consulting, implementation, and integration to training and support. With a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and through optimal use of our technology, they create the best possible solutions for organizations around the globe.

The department brings together the full range of our company’s expertise to deliver solutions that provide maximum value to our clients. Over 100 employees from Project Management, Solution Architecture, Solution Engineering, Partner Management, Learning, and Support leverage deep industry knowledge, best practices, and closely collaborate with all CONTACT teams to develop tailored solutions for PLM and IoT. In agile project teams, they customize our standard solutions to precisely match our customers’ business processes.

Global Sales advises companies worldwide on selecting and implementing the right CONTACT solutions – from PLM, IoT, and project management to comprehensive digital transformation. Around 70 employees bring the value of our software and services to life, introduce product innovations, and develop long-term customer relationships. This enables Global Sales to deliver solutions that are perfectly tailored to the individual needs of a company. The department combines Account Management, Partner Account Management, and Presales Consulting, while working closely with CONTACT Consulting, Product Operations & Development, and Marketing.

ITTO is CONTACT’s internal IT department and serves as the central support hub for all technical matters. The team manages CONTACT’s comprehensive IT infrastructure, guarantees the smooth operation of systems and applications, and ensures that our IT landscape is fit for the future. This also includes the development, customization, and maintenance of in-house tools. In an environment full of tech professionals, ITTO provides top-notch IT services and innovative tools that make our work more efficient and drive the company forward.

The Finance & Administration (F&A) division supports the CONTACT Group in its dynamic growth. The team sees itself as an enabler and partner to decision-makers. In the areas of financial management, controlling, procurement, and travel management, the department aims to elevate the development of CONTACT and its employees to the next level through transparency, streamlined processes, digitalization, and proactive action – while living and continuously shaping the CONTACT culture together.

CONTACT’s Marketing department shapes the external image of our company and products, inspiring people to engage with our brand. Through a combination of strategic brand building and operational excellence, it creates lasting impact – for our brand, our customers, and our employees. The team continuously develops the CONTACT brand portfolio to strengthen our market position and sustainably make our solutions more recognizable.
