The Bremen-based CONTACT Software Group is becoming the main shareholder in team neusta SE. team neusta will continue to operate as an independent company. This step makes the CONTACT Group, with around 1,600 employees, one of the largest independent digitization providers in Germany, uniquely combining development, product, and service expertise with AI know-how.
CONTACT Software Group, a leading software provider for the digital transformation of industry in the field of product development, announces its future majority stake in team neusta SE, one of Germany’s most renowned digital agencies. The transaction is scheduled for full completion in the first quarter of 2026. The strategic collaboration marks a milestone for both Bremen-based family-owned companies, combining the development and product strength of established software manufacturer CONTACT with the implementation and consulting expertise of a leading expert in digital transformation.
Synergies for tomorrow’s customer requirements
The acquisition is a win-win for all sides, creating a powerful combination tailored to the rapidly growing demands of large, complex digitization projects in industry and the public sector. Customers of both companies will benefit from the complementary service portfolio, gaining access to seamless end-to-end solutions for their digital transformation. Joint growth strategy
The stake also secures the next phase of growth for the team neusta group. In CONTACT, Carsten Meyer-Heder, previously the main shareholder of team neusta SE, has found a financially strong investor with regional roots: “In CONTACT, we gain a strategic partner who shares our vision and will collaboratively shape the next steps in team neusta’s development.” The team neusta brand will be retained and will further sharpen its positioning as a strategic digitalization partner under this new roof. For team neusta employees, integration into the CONTACT network opens up new, individual development opportunities. A central component is the establishment of a dedicated service unit specializing in the implementation of the CONTACT Elements platform and the application of CONTACT Fourier AI technology, ideally complementing the CONTACT Group’s existing partner ecosystem.
