The CONTACT Community for customers and partners

Where do you find the best tips around the operation and optimal use of our software solutions? In the CONTACT Community. It is now open to all our customers and partners. Here, we briefly present the extensive knowledge that awaits you there.

In early 2000, the term “swarm intelligence” was first used in the context of the internet, and Jimmy Wales launched the Wikipedia project. Today, there are countless forums where people with similar interests support each other. Like in the CONTACT Community, where you will also meet members who share their expertise with you and leave no questions unanswered. In addition, we publish all the latest news about our products in this forum.

Become a part of the CONTACT Community: share your know-how and, in return, benefit from other users’ best practices and our expertise. Engage with customers, partners, and CONTACT's staff from software development, product management, and consulting. We look forward to seeing you there!

The Q&A forum of CONTACT Community

In the Product Q&A category, we are teaming up with customers and partners to build a comprehensive knowledge base for our software products. Ask questions about the specialized applications you use or the administration of CONTACT Elements, find answers to previously asked questions, and count on fast support, not only from us.

This forum invites all community members to post their contributions. Every tip is welcome on how to best operate and utilize our platform and its solutions.

Getting started is easy: if you already have access to the CONTACT Portal (formerly Aloha) as a customer or partner, simply sign in with your ID at If you do not have an account for our portal yet, you can register here.

On the CONTACT Community homepage, you will find everything you need to get started: a video that briefly explains the categories and features, how-to guides, and more.

News & Announcements

In this category, CONTACT's software development and product management teams keep you updated on everything related to our products. It contains release announcements, service levels, security advice, and further information. The Product News, featuring new or enhanced Elements applications, will no longer be distributed via email and will also be published and archived under News & Announcements.

Decide for yourself which channels you want to subscribe to. Use the bell icon to set the notifications for each category individually and don't miss out on any new content. You can choose between “Watching”, “Tracking”, and “Watching First Post”.

We highly appreciate feedback on the CONTACT Community, and our experts look forward to discussing our new forum with you.
