Your needs and those of our employees are our highest priority, especially in these serious times. The extreme situation caused by the coronavirus poses great challenges for all of us. We would like to assure you that we will continue to support you to the best of our ability.

We will of course follow the recommendations of the authorities and experts. As a precautionary measure, we started some time ago to move our work to our home offices without compromising the quality and continuity of our services or the confidentiality of your data. This applies in particular to the hotline and customer support, our customer project services, the availability of your usual personal contact persons, the substitution arrangements for our employees and the availability of our digital infrastructure. We are continuing the further development of our products for the digital agenda at full speed and without restriction.

At the same time, we also want to support our customers in relocating their work to home offices and in integrating third parties such as engineering service providers or suppliers. We are making it possible to use our software regardless of the location until September 30, 2020, so that our customers and their partners can deploy it worldwide. In this way we hope to help.

We are also adapting our online offering. We have moved our CONTACT Elements Live Tour 2020 to the Internet and have expanded our webinar series, which begins next week. We will enlarge our digital training program and will offer additional services online.

In my 30 years as an entrepreneur I have never experienced such an extraordinary, serious and dynamically developing situation. At the same time, this is also an opportunity for all of us to show initiative and cooperation. Let us not lose confidence, see the opportunities behind this extreme situation and use new potential with creativity.
