CONTACT Software entrusts two long-standing managers with new tasks. Maximilian Zachries is now in charge of CONTACT's overall sales, while Helmut Auler is taking over as head of the Northern German sales area.
Maximilian Zachries studied computer science at the University of Bremen and the California State University Long Beach. At the same time, he went through all strategic corporate divisions at CONTACT Software. He also headed the CONTACT University team and CONTACT's Munich office for several years.
Since 2014, the eldest son of CONTACT founder Karl Heinz Zachries has been one of the two managing directors of FCMS GmbH, which belongs to the CONTACT Group. He will continue to assume this position, but will withdraw more from day-to-day operations. “CONTACT's new and existing customer business is doing extremely well" says Zachries. “Our aim is to continue this trend and to further strengthen our position in the D-A-CH region and international markets”.
Helmut Auler joined CONTACT Software in 2006 after working for various IT companies, including the PDM provider Eigner + Partner (today Oracle). Since 2012, the graduate engineer has been head of CONTACT´s Duisburg office and for some years now has been mainly responsible for large key accounts from the region such as thyssenkrupp. Auler will assume responsibility for the expansion of the Nothern German sales region from January 2018.
