Further developing our modular software platform for designing web-based PLM and IoT applications for complex enterprise system solutions

Implementing exciting software projects in small, agile project teams using the latest development methods and state-of-the-art technologies such as HTML5, React, JavaScript and Python

Developing and implementing creative and pragmatic solution concepts using open-source components for IoT, big data, analytics and machine learning (Apache Spark, Pandas, SciPy, etc.)

Assuming responsibility for tasks in all the phases of software development, from design to implementation and testing through to documentation and maintenance, with an increasing level of project-specific responsibility.

Degree in business informatics, information technology, digital media or a related IT-oriented field of study with a technical focus or, alternatively, comparable IT-specific vocational training and several years of job experience

Proficiency in the use of at least one object-oriented programming language, ideally Python, and the use of open source software, ideally within the framework of an OSS project

Experience working with relational database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, SQLite) and state-of-the-art web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and the corresponding developer tools

Highly inquiring mind combined with enthusiasm for lifelong learning, ideally with a basic understanding of PLM or ERP systems

You enjoy working in a motivated and committed team and have an independent, structured and target-oriented approach to work

A strong hands-on mentality and a good command of written and spoken German or English

Over 30 years of experience designing state-of-the-art software solutions for innovative product development and the digital transformation in global markets
